New guests are asked to start with a consultation before booking. Color consultations are complimentary and last 30 minutes, complex color and color correction need a consultation first, and extensions and toppers include a free consultation for new clients. Guests can have a drink or a snack while their color processes. At the end of a visit the salon may take a photo, and guests can opt out. Stylists also recommend products for keeping a look up at home.

Blonding is a major focus, with partial and full highlights, balayage, and dimensional color, along with single-process color, toner refreshes and combined color and highlight services. Extensions come in curly, wavy and straight options. The curly haircut menu covers men, women and children, with children's curly cuts booked on fully dry hair that is worn down and free of heavy products.
