The main spa is open daily from 8am to 10pm and has seven treatment rooms: two couples rooms with two massage tables each, and five single rooms. Up to nine guests can be treated at once when both couples rooms are in use, or seven when everyone is in a single room. The two Jacksonville locations, on Old St Augustine Road and Beach Blvd, operate as Reveal Waxing & Skincare and share one booking and guest management system with the main spa.

Massage sessions are sold by length, with 30, 60, 90 and 120-minute options, and one rate covers every style. The menu includes Swedish, deep tissue, sports, trigger point, prenatal, lymphatic drainage, Reiki, myofascial release and CranialSacral work. Each massage is accompanied by a warm towel, while aromatherapy and percussion treatment using Therabody equipment can be requested at no extra cost. Optional extras are contrast muscle therapy, a sugar-based foot scrub, hot stone therapy and cupping. The team at the spa consists of licensed massage therapists and estheticians.

On the skin side, the menu includes a Classic Facial, a Classic Back Facial, IMAGE chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and a neck and decollete add-on. HydraFacial comes in three levels: Signature (30 minutes), Deluxe (45 minutes) and Platinum (60 minutes). Keravive is a three-step scalp treatment that cleanses, nourishes and stimulates the scalp, offered as a partial treatment of 45 to 60 minutes or a full treatment of 90 to 120 minutes. According to the spa, patients reported gains in hair fullness, overall hair appearance and confidence after a full course; those are the spa's own figures.

The infrared sauna uses Clearlight full-spectrum units for sessions of 20 to 40 minutes. It is private and holds one person, or two people who book together. Monthly membership is $89.95 and includes one 60-minute massage or Classic Facial each month, with no sign-up or cancellation fees, up to six friends or family members added at no extra cost, unused services rolling over, and 10% off retail. Prepaid three, six and twelve-month memberships are also offered. Appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel; late cancellations are charged 50% of the service price unless the slot is filled, and no-call, no-shows are charged the full booked fee. Groups of three or more are best arranged by phone, with no group surcharge or discount. Guests may bring champagne for a toast, though the spa does not serve it. Gift cards never expire and can be bought in custom amounts as digital cards or picked up in the spa.
