Re-Gen-U is located at 3613 Williams Drive in Georgetown, Texas. The practice began offering medical weight loss in 2011, added two aesthetic modalities in 2017, and added regenerative medicine services in 2019.

The practice describes regenerative medicine as a preventative approach that looks for deficiencies in a person's genomic makeup. Regenerative offerings include ProdromeScan, telomere testing, micronutrient testing, SNP food sensitivity testing, LPP functional DNA testing, and the NeuroCatch cognitive evaluation platform.

Hormone therapy uses bioidentical hormone pellets, sold under the Evexipel name. The pellets are about the size of a grain of rice, placed under the skin, and dissolve over several months. According to the practice, effects may begin within four weeks with full effects taking up to six months, and BHRT may help with symptoms such as exhaustion, stress, foggy thinking, weight gain, sleep disturbances and decreased libido.

The Ideal Weight Loss program is a four-phase protocol. The first phase works toward a weight or fat loss goal using approved foods, phases two and three run two weeks each, and phase four teaches long-term weight management. Weekly weigh-ins and a food journal are part of the program, and a free food journal can be downloaded. Approved foods and supplements are available from the in-store grocery and supplement section. The practice estimates the cost at around $15 per day, covering foods and supplements, with a one-time $150 consultation fee.

On the aesthetics side, the practice offers AviClear acne treatment, PRX Derm Perfexion, Plasma Pen, Density RF, Endolift, truSculpt body contouring, Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, lasers, and laser tattoo removal. A consultation to discuss Botox, Dysport and fillers is free and helps determine whether neurotoxins, fillers or a combination may suit a person. Financing is available through CareCredit and a Cherry payment plan. A wet sauna with ozone and LLLT and an IR/red light therapy capsule are also offered.
