The studio's work is organized around the re:FLOW Method, which links breath, fascia, muscle, movement, flow and recovery. The Method moves through four stages, Open, Activate, Flow and Restore, that shape the structure of a wellness session. These stages are a way of organizing care, not a clinical diagnostic process or a medical sequence. Treatment choices depend on the service booked, and each session is adapted to the individual's suitability.

Services are grouped into Body, Face, Combo, Mom's Menu and Special Facial Treatments. Body sessions range from a 60-minute foundational therapy using advanced devices to a 90-minute advanced therapy that adds Energy Cupping and manual technique, and a 90-minute program that adds specialized glove work. Face sessions follow a similar progression, from a 60-minute foundational facial with Low-Level Nano Therapy and scalp, decolletage and neck care, through to 90-minute advanced and cranial-focused facials. Premium organic skincare is included in the facial services.

Combo programs bring body and face work into one appointment, either a 90-minute or 120-minute session, or a 120-minute program that integrates the full body and cranial facial approaches. Payment is taken in full at booking, and price adjustments may apply if a service is changed or upgraded. Existing reservations and purchases keep their original terms. Some services are offered by enquiry only.

Clients can earn Flow Points on completed, fully paid visits, with a bonus after the first three qualifying visits; 500 points can be redeemed for $25 off eligible items. Flow Energy is prepaid studio credit that does not expire and carries no fee, though it cannot be used to buy gift cards or more Energy. Gift cards are delivered by email and do not expire. Existing package credits can be applied when booking a next service.

re:FLOW offers lymphatic flow care in Tustin, which the studio calls a wellness service. Sessions also take into account the fascia, muscles and nearby areas of the face and body, so the work reaches beyond the lymphatic system alone. The salon describes itself as an expert in lymphatic wellness.
