Services fall into body waxing, Brazilian and bikini waxing, facial waxing and an add-on. Body waxes range from toes and underarms up to half or full arms, back and legs. Bikini services come in three levels: a classic bikini that stays within modest bikini lines, an extended bikini that goes further in, and a Brazilian that removes hair from the whole bikini area front to back, including the intimate area and between the cheeks. A landing strip can be kept. Some options are listed for female anatomy only.

Facial appointments include brow waxing with optional trimming, brow trimming alone, brow tinting that lasts four to six weeks, and waxing for the lip, chin, sideburns, nose, ear and neck. A full face wax without brows is also offered. The under eye gel treatment can be added to most waxing services and targets puffiness, dark circles and fine lines; skin should be clean and free of makeup and sunscreen.

Booking requires a card on file, which is charged only for a cancellation without proper notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice carry a fee of 50% of the services booked. Clients who arrive 5 or more minutes late have their appointment rescheduled with the same fee. If a card declines for that fee, the amount is due before further bookings are accepted. New clients complete any applicable forms before their first visit, and forms renew yearly if nothing has changed. An intake form for the booked services is emailed the day before. Only clients receiving services may attend; minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and a guest may be allowed for people with disabilities who need accommodations.

Prep guidance: limit caffeine, since it can increase sensitivity to waxing. For body waxing, wear loose clothing and skip exfoliating the area that day, and avoid tanning within 72 hours. For facial waxing, avoid AHAs, BHAs, retinoids, vitamin A derivatives and acne creams for five days before. Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long, so clients who shave should stop and let it grow about 3 weeks. Do not trim or shave between waxes. Newer waxers may notice waxes lasting less time at first; with consistent waxing, hair is often ready again in 4 to 5 weeks. Aftercare includes skipping swimming, tanning, hot tubs, saunas and hard workouts for the first 24 hours, and avoiding new lotions or oils for about 3 days. Gentle exfoliation can start after the first few days to help prevent ingrown hairs.
