Appointments are booked online: you choose your services, date and time, then pay a deposit that comes off the final bill. The business states that it has a no-refund policy. Defective product concerns are handled by email, with a photo of the item and the purchase receipt, which starts an exchange.
The menu has two sides. The hair loss tour offers individually priced services, including per-track bonded and per-track sew-in installs, takedowns, hydration or protein treatments, corrective and permanent color, partial relaxers, virgin relaxers, highlights, cuts, quick weaves and sew-ins. Hair loss tour appointments are held at pop-up salons in selected cities on limited dates, and that deposit is non-refundable and deducted from the total on the day. The standard hair services cover color, highlights, styling, silk presses and weaves, with a Basic Standard Tour Service package also listed.
