RAZHAIR is owned and operated by Amnon Zakay, who started in the hair replacement industry in 1983 and founded Raz International in San Diego in 2002. The boutique focuses on non-surgical hair restoration, and the business says it offers every non-surgical method.

Every consultation is led by Amnon Zakay rather than a salesperson. The free personal consultation covers the technical details of each method and advice on which one suits the client, including their lifestyle and goals. Clients can also switch from one method to another later.

The flagship method is Integrated Thread Hairline (ITHL), which the owner developed. It adds hair into existing hair without glue, surgery, shaving or trimming. The business describes ITHL as its most requested solution for women with thinning hair.

Other options include soft bonding, an adhesive-based method suited to men and some women that requires no shaving, and hard bonding, an adhesive system for men and women that the business describes as long-lasting and durable. Hair systems are 100% human hair, handcrafted and customized for each client. The wig range includes women's full wigs, custom-made wigs, and medical wigs for hair loss from medical conditions, with Remy and European human hair models available.
