Appointments are booked online through the studio's GlossGenius page. Questions can be sent to Melissa Burns through a contact form on the website. Open Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM; the studio is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Clients who cannot keep an appointment are asked to let the studio know as soon as possible so it can be rebooked.
Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts, or in a custom amount. Gift card sales are final.
