The studio describes its permanent makeup as natural-looking and flawless. It notes that results depend on skin condition, and that sun-damaged, thick, unevenly textured or very oily skin may limit results. Lifestyle, medications, smoking, metabolism, facial surgery and skin age can all contribute to pigment fading. Touchups are recommended 6 to 8 weeks after the first procedure, and color boosts every 12 to 24 months; touchups done later are charged the same as a new service.

Before a procedure, the studio advises avoiding alcohol, ibuprofen and aspirin for 24 hours. Brow clients are asked to avoid Botox for 2 months and waxing or brow tinting for 7 days beforehand. Active-ingredient skincare such as glycolic acid, salicylic acid or retinol should be stopped for 1 week before a procedure. After scalp micropigmentation, the studio advises no sauna, steam room or swimming for 14 days, then a further two weeks before dyeing the hair.

Each treatment is planned around the client's skin and goals, with the studio being open about the factors that affect how long pigment lasts.
