Booking is done online and requires a small non-refundable deposit, which comes off the balance on the day of the appointment. Payment can be made in cash, by Zelle, through Apple Pay, or by tap-pay with a debit or credit card, with tax added. Clients can also buy hair from the stylist by choosing the Add-ons option when booking.

Some services have advance steps. Frontals, closures and lace units need to be dropped off at least 48 hours before the appointment, and closures for the Closure Quickweave should arrive two to three days ahead for customizing. Sew-ins made with bundles that are already cut or used carry a $30 upcharge. Clients booking Sew-in Over Locs are asked to text a photo of their locs first to confirm they are a candidate, and questions about locs candidacy or same-day requests go to the studio's text line.

The studio states it can do all styles, including quickweave styles that are not listed on the booking page, so clients with a specific look in mind can ask. The price list also includes a short butterfly loc service for kids under nine, but the studio's policy says children are not allowed, so it is worth confirming with the studio before booking for a child.

Custom quickweave and sew-in styling is offered beyond the listed menu, with the studio's own text line used for candidacy questions and same-day requests.
