Full sets take between about two and a half and three hours depending on the style, and a Hybrid set is said to last up to eight weeks.

Between full sets, clients book fills timed to how many weeks have passed. Fills are expected every two to three weeks, when roughly 40% to 50% of the lashes are still on. Clients returning within 15 to 21 days of their last visit can book a 3-Week Fill matched to their style. The 3-Week Fills use handmade fans for Volume and ultra-fine fans for Mega Volume to restore density and symmetry. Clients who come back after more than 21 days need a full set. A 3-Week Fill requires at least 40% of the extensions to remain.

Smaller services are available as well: a quick lash touch-up, bottom lash extensions, and removal that the studio says is done without damaging natural lashes. Foreign Fill is offered for lash work done elsewhere, but the studio does not fill over another artist's lash work. A maximum of three infills is allowed between full sets. A Lash Shampoo Kit is also sold for home aftercare.

Fills are scheduled around how many extensions remain, and natural lashes are removed without damage.
