Nail services cover acrylic full sets in basic and medium-to-long lengths, overlays, fill-ins, shape changes, repairs and cut-downs of acrylic enhancements, along with gel polish changes, regular manicures and gel manicures. Nail designs start at $5 and can include glitter, colored acrylic, foils, stones and chrome, and clients describe the design they want in the booking comments. The salon will work over another technician's work. Lil Diva's manicures and pedicures are offered for clients under 12.

Pedicures are customized to each client's preferences and all include regular polish. Options range from a standard pedicure and men's pedicure to spa, gel, jelly and hot stone versions, plus acrylic extensions on the big toes or all ten toes. The pedicure oils and scrubs are handmade by the founder. Foot-only services include callus remover, paraffin wax, and a steam foot mask. The salon does not work on brittle or damaged nails, and gel polish is not applied to children under 12.

Services must be booked in advance, and same-day squeeze-ins are requested by text or phone. VIP appointments add $30 for times before 9am, after 6pm and on Sundays. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 3 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Only clients receiving a service may bring children, and no extra people may accompany clients. No-call/no-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full booked amount, and a declined card on file blocks booking until payment is made in full. Refunds are not offered. Payment is accepted by cash, Chime, Apple Pay and card, and the salon does not carry change.
