Color is a large part of the menu. A color consultation is free and is recommended before a first color service. Options include one process color on new growth, one process from roots to ends, one process with a blowdry, and double process blonde, which lightens all the hair and then toners to the chosen shade using Brazilian bond builder. Glaze, gloss and toner services use Redken Shades EQ, an ammonia-free demi-permanent color, and can add shine to clear color or add tone.

For smoothing, the salon offers a keratin blowout and a keratin smoothing treatment. The blowout is a lighter version suited to finer hair textures and lasts about 6 weeks, while the smoothing treatment takes about 120 minutes and lasts about 3 months. Deep conditioning treatments are chosen by hair type and may combine several products to add moisture and shine and begin to repair dry or damaged ends. A bond treatment using Olaplex or Brazilian bond builder works on the hair's inner structure.

Booking details are set out clearly. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the services booked, and booking means accepting that policy. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Clients with an emergency or illness are asked to contact the stylist directly. Hours are Monday 10 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday 9 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 7 PM and Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM, with Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM and Friday and Saturday closed.

The salon starts with a consultation for color and keratin work, and aims to meet what clients want as far as their hair allows while keeping it healthy.
