RavenZie Beauty was established in 2024 as an independent lash extension business in O'Fallon. The studio sits within Skin Serenity at 118 W State St., and the lash room is the third door on the left once inside the building. Parking is available on the street and in the rear, but only the front entrance is in use.

The studio builds each set around the client's eye shape, daily routine and the look they want. The business describes its extensions as natural-looking and lightweight, and says they are not damaging to natural lashes.

Booking runs through Square Appointments, where prices are also reviewed; some availability may not appear online. First-time clients sign a waiver sent by email or text before their first appointment, and should arrive about 5 minutes early, the earliest accepted arrival. Clients should come with makeup-free eyes and no contacts, and with a clean face, since some services do not allow water for 24 hours. Talking is fine during extension services, while chemical services are done in silence. Phones should be off and put away, though a headset used as a hands-free device is allowed. Children should not accompany clients.

Lashes should stay dry for 24 hours after a service and be washed at least once a day, ideally twice. Any reaction should be reported within 48 hours of the appointment, and patch testing is used to evaluate it. Corrections need contact within 24 hours and a visit within 48 hours when possible, though charges may still apply. Cancelling 24 hours or more ahead carries no charge, while later cancellations are charged 50% of the service and no-shows 90%. Clients 15 minutes late or more may face a $15 late fee or a changed or rescheduled service. Clients who are sick, or whose household members are, are asked to reschedule. Fills of lashes done by other artists carry an extra $25 fee, at the studio's discretion. Sales are final, prepayment, gift cards and partial payments are not offered, and payment is by cash, an approved card or another method the business sets. Photos for social media require consent, which is included when the waiver is signed.
