A first visit begins with The Complete Assessment, a 30 to 45 minute full-face session that covers goals, facial anatomy and proportions. The team then writes a long-term plan, reassesses features over time, and sees clients again seasonally or more often. Clients receive aftercare instructions and timelines after treatment, along with a follow-up visit. The $100 fee for the assessment is applied toward treatment if the client goes ahead during the same appointment.

The practice describes wrinkle reducers as its most popular treatment. It also offers dermal fillers, biostimulators and skin resurfacing peels, and sells Upneeq prescription eye drops for low-lying eyelids, which are prescribed after an online medical review by the practice.
