Five base facials are priced at $100 each and are matched to a skin goal. The hydrating facial is for dry, dull or dehydrated skin. The brightening facial suits sun damaged, hyperpigmented skin. The anti-aging facial is for maturing skin. The purifying facial is designed for stubborn breakouts, blackheads and hormonal acne. A back facial is also $100, and a version with a chemical peel is $120.

The facials differ mainly in their masks, serums and treatment steps. The hydrating, brightening and anti-aging facials include arm, hand and facial massage and finish with eye cream and SPF. The purifying facial adds extractions, high-frequency treatment and a salicylic spot treatment. The back facial uses a steamed cleanse, extractions and high-frequency treatment, and it finishes with an acne safe moisturizer.

Add-ons are priced separately: dermaplaning for $30, a chemical peel for $50, Revitapen facial infusion for $90, facial cupping for $25, a hydrojelly mask for $20 and an additional massage for $25. Dermaplaning uses an exfoliating blade to clear dead skin cells and fine facial hair, followed by an enzyme mask. The chemical peel begins with a 25% lactic acid prep and a superficial peel chosen for the client's goals, then ends with a massage. Facial cupping is a lymphatic drainage treatment using silicone cups on the face. The hydrojelly mask is electrolyte-infused and formulated to each client's skin goals.

The skn collective is a monthly facial subscription at $85 per month, billed automatically on the 1st. Members receive 20% off add-ons and skincare products. The subscription can be canceled or paused at any time without a cancellation fee. Unused facials from a given month are not refundable, and rejoining is not allowed after two cancellations.

Skincare products are sold through an online shop, with pickup arranged by a team member. Online orders are typically ready within 7 to 10 days, and unopened products can be returned within 3 days. The Woodstock location sells eGift cards in amounts of $90, $125, $150 and $200, or in a custom amount.

Clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes early. Arriving more than 15 minutes late is treated as a late cancellation and carries a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount. Cancellations made 24 or more hours ahead are free of charge, shorter notice incurs a 50% fee, and a no-show is charged 100%. A client with a declined card must pay the outstanding fee before booking again.
