The range covers Cambodian-Rare Wavy or Rare Curly hair extensions from 14 to 24 inches, 5x5 Rare Luxe Lace Closures from 14 to 18 inches, custom lace wigs and hair loss solutions for women. Other hair textures must be preordered through the online shop, and preorders can take up to two weeks.

Clients should text or call when they arrive and can wait in their car or the lobby until they are called in. Only the person being serviced may enter, so guests, children and babies are not allowed. Cancelling or rescheduling less than seven business days before an appointment forfeits the deposit, and extensions, wigs and services are not refundable.
