Every visit begins with a one-on-one consultation to plan the look. Prices vary by stylist. Cuts, color and styling services each include a consultation, and most color and cut services include a hair wash and blowout, so clients know what is covered before they book.

The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Services that are not listed can be requested by email or phone at 925-357-8818.

Cancellations or reschedules made 48 or more hours ahead carry no service charge, while no-shows are charged the full service price. Clients who arrive more than 10 to 15 minutes late may have their service adjusted or shortened, or may be rescheduled for a fee. Requests for adjustments need to reach the stylist within 7 days. Clients aged 15 and under must book by calling the salon directly.
