Bridal work is organized into three artist levels, Signature, Elite and Owner. Owner-level artists work directly with the founders, and the business says that availability at that level is limited to a select number of events each year. Bridal services cover the bride, the bridal party, previews, rehearsal dinner beauty at the studio or on-site, and touch-ups or style changes. Bridal Concierge keeps the artist with the bride for up to six hours after the initial hair and makeup for refinements.
Special event work includes formal, social and personal events such as galas, cocktail parties, baby showers and milestone sessions, as well as professional, media and editorial work like conferences, corporate events, headshots and red carpet events. Wedding-related events such as bridal showers, engagement parties and post-wedding brunches are also booked.
The studio has a sun-filled room for daytime sessions and lighting for early morning or evening appointments, along with a client lounge, bottled water and a Bluetooth speaker system. Outside of bridal and events, the business offers spray tanning, hair and makeup lessons, wax, brow and lash appointments open to all clients, and chair rental for artists. Masterclasses bring artists from other cities and countries to the studio.
Each client is matched with an artist based on her style, inspiration photos and beauty preferences, and each bride is assigned a personal beauty coordinator from the first conversation through the wedding morning timeline.
