The practice describes its purpose as providing highly regarded, empathetic care for people with skin diseases.

Services fall into three groups: surgical, cosmetic and medical. Surgical care includes Mohs micrographic surgery to remove skin cancers, performed in stages in the office under local anesthetic; stages average about 30 minutes each, with an average of two stages, though this varies. According to the practice, its published five-year cure rates for Mohs surgery are 99% for primary basal cell carcinoma and 97% for primary squamous cell carcinoma. Shave and punch biopsies are done under lidocaine numbing in about five minutes, and excisions for skin growths take approximately forty-five minutes under local numbing.

Cosmetic offerings include laser and light-based treatments for leg and facial veins, hair removal, photofacials, laser resurfacing, pigmented and vascular lesions and tattoo removal; sclerotherapy for tiny blue leg veins, usually two to five sessions spaced six to eight weeks apart; blepharoplasty to remove excess skin from the upper eyelids, done in the office under local anesthesia; chemical peels; dermal fillers; wrinkle and blemish treatments; chemical reconstruction of skin scars; electrolysis; fat contouring; and ear piercing. Patients who take part in Allergan's Allē program earn 200 points per Botox, Juvederm or Kybella treatment, and every 100 points gives a $10 coupon toward the next Botox, Juvederm or Kybella purchase.

Medical services include patch testing for allergic contact dermatitis, which typically takes three office visits; narrow band UVB phototherapy for conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, vitiligo and urticaria; and skin cancer screening, where patients change into a hospital gown and are examined with a dermatoscope. The practice also treats acne, cysts, hyperhidrosis, melasma, moles, rosacea, warts, hair loss, ingrown nails, nail fungus and other skin and nail conditions.

The practice takes coverage from Aetna, Beechstreet Health, Cigna, CoreSource, Great-West Healthcare, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, MultiPlan, Physicians Healthcare Systems and Qualcare.
