Facials begin with a personalized consultation, and each treatment is adjusted to the client's skin goals. The Bespoke Facial starts with a professional skin analysis and uses IMAGE Skincare products. The menu also includes a Mini Facial, a 30-minute Facial Package, an Organic Facial and several 60-minute treatments built on vitamin C, enzyme peels, stem cell extract and oxygen.

Hair services are priced by stylist level across Master, Advanced and Junior Stylists, and the studio describes its pricing as based on experience, expertise and customization. Junior Stylists are building their skills while continuing advanced education, with support from the more experienced team.

Booking requires a valid credit or debit card on file for every appointment, for new and existing clients, and the card is not charged when booking. Clients are asked to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours ahead. Changes made inside that window are charged 20% of the scheduled total, and a no-show fee may apply. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment, and late arrivals may have services shortened. Booking and questions can go through the phone or by text, and gift cards can be used toward hair, skin and beauty services and select retail.

Treatments are built around a consultation and the client's own skin or hair goals, with the studio's focus on technique in a welcoming setting.
