The Signature Customized Facial is adjusted in real time to the skin's needs during the appointment. The Gentleman's Deep Clean Facial is designed for men and targets clogged pores, excess oil and rough texture. The New Client Facial, at 1 hour 15 minutes, combines the AI skin analysis with a facial. The studio also offers chemical peels and says skin is prepared first for safer, better results. An Acne Bootcamp Clear Skin Program runs for 12 weeks, aimed at clearing and maintaining acne.

The A Touching Experience treatment is a 45-minute in-person touch therapy for clients who have experienced or are living with cancer. It can be done at home or at the client's treatment facility where permitted. Oncology-focused virtual facials are available one-on-one or for groups, with facial kits sent in advance. The studio describes its oncology products as clean, non-toxic and botanical-based, made for skin that has had chemotherapy, radiation or surgery.

Virtual options include a one-hour Virtual Facial 1:1 from the client's home using an at-home kit of professional products, a 45-minute Skincare Product Audit that reviews the products a client uses and why, and a 25-minute Product Consultation to go over skin concerns, routine and goals before buying anything. The studio describes its facials as results-driven, and says its treatments are non-invasive with no downtime. It describes the space as welcoming and judgment-free.
