Rainbow Room Seattle works out of Suite 112 at 11007 5th Avenue Northeast in Seattle, and another stylist shares the suite. Clients book through the studio's GlossGenius page, where payments are also taken. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and the financing must be approved before the appointment. The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM and Friday and Saturday from 11 AM to 5 PM, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

A visit usually begins with a free 20-minute consultation to talk through hair goals, upkeep, timing and pricing before anything is done. Follow-up adjustments are offered at no charge, typically one to two weeks after the original appointment, to refine any service. A 10-minute consultation can also be added to another booking. Clients who would like the stylist to wear a mask for the whole appointment can request it at no charge, though the stylist cannot speak for the other stylist in the suite. Clients who cannot attend are asked to tell the studio as soon as possible so the visit can be moved.

Haircut options run from a one-length buzz cut with clippers to a short cut above the shoulders, a long cut below the shoulders with shampoo and blow-dry, and a 90-minute transformation for major length removal or a dramatic style change. Existing haircut clients can book a bang trim for no charge, and an add-on is available for extra long or extra dense hair. Blowouts with styling and a conditioning or scalp massage treatment are also offered.

Color services include root retouches covering up to two inches of regrowth, all-over single-process color, toner for tone and shine, mini foil at the face frame and part line, partial and full foil highlights, and dimensional foil that combines highlights and lowlights. All-over bleach with toning requires a consultation first, since timing and price depend on hair history, density and the result wanted. Bleach root touch-ups are limited to existing bleach and tone clients. Single and multiple waxes of the ears, nose and monobrow are available on their own or as add-ons.
