Hair of every kind is accepted here, including natural colors and auburn or copper tones. According to the salon, it is an open place for people of any age, gender, orientation, belief, nationality, skin tone or hair texture.

Color services are typically finished in three to five hours, depending on hair condition, prior chemical services and the design. Corrective and creative color are priced hourly at $130 per hour and include lightening, toning, vivid colors and bond builders. Lower-cost options are available, such as vivid panels, partial highlights, lived-in color and dry haircuts, and lightening is not done on every visit. A color consultation of about 15 minutes starts at $25.50, and that fee is applied to the service.

Pricing is all-inclusive: the listed price covers tip, taxes and card processing fees, so no tipping is needed. Payment is accepted by Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Afterpay, cash and credit or debit cards, but not checks. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for large color services, while other deposits range from $10 to $100 and apply to the cost of that service. Appointments can be moved twice before a deposit is forfeited. Hours are Monday 12 PM to 8 PM, Tuesday to Friday 10 AM to 8 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, and closed Sunday.

Guests may bring a companion, snacks and drinks, and may use a phone or computer during the visit. Silent appointments can be requested, and sensory needs can be shared with the salon.
