The eyelash menu centers on individually applied semi-permanent synthetic lashes. Hybrid sets blend classic and volume styles for a fuller, dimensional look, while volume sets are designed for a full, dramatic effect. A lift and tint is also offered for clients who want their natural lashes shaped and darkened instead. Applying extensions takes about one to one and a half hours, and touch-ups every three to five weeks average about 45 minutes. Clients complete an intake and consent form before their first appointment, and the salon advises using water-based mascara only with extensions.

The facial menu includes a 60-minute European facial with cleansing, exfoliation, steaming, massage and a tailored mask, and a 50-minute classic facial with enzyme exfoliation, extraction and facial shiatsu massage. Every facial starts with a full skin analysis, and wrinkle and acne treatments are available. Microdermabrasion is a 20-minute non-invasive treatment that removes the outer layer of skin. Skin may look pink and feel dry for about a day afterward, so makeup is best skipped that day.

Waxing covers lips, eyebrows, underarms and legs, and eyebrow tinting is offered as well. Hair style and color appointments are booked by calling the stylist directly, since pricing is set individually. Gift certificates can be purchased in the salon or by phone.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, or a credit card on file is charged. One rescheduling is free with 24 hours' notice; a shorter-notice change costs $20, and a late cancellation carries a $20 to $30 fee for technician time.
