The studio's stated aim is a smooth, judgment-free visit. Each appointment begins with a consultation covering the client's skin, any sensitivities and what they are hoping to get from the visit. Written aftercare instructions are given at the end of every visit.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee. If an appointment falls more than 10 minutes behind schedule, the booking might have to be moved to a new time. Packages and prepaid services remain usable for 14 months from purchase, cannot be refunded, and cannot be transferred to someone else. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered on bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Before a wax, clients are asked to let hair grow in, skip retinol around the brows and arrive with clean skin. For 24 hours afterward, heat, sweat and exfoliation are best avoided. Certain skin conditions, medications or recent procedures may affect service, so clients are asked to get in touch before booking if they are unsure. Packages and gift cards are available through the booking page.
