The salon was founded by Sadie Eischens, RN, BSN, who launched her eyelash extension business in 2013 while working toward her nursing degree. The business grew alongside her nursing work and later expanded into more advanced aesthetic treatments.

The lash menu includes mini, classic, volume and mega volume fills, with the fill type matched to how many weeks have passed since the last appointment. Partial and full sets are also offered, along with a foreign eyelash fill for clients who already have extensions from another lash artist or studio. That service removes outgrown or poorly placed extensions before new lashes are blended in. Sets with 15 or fewer extensions remaining are booked as a full set, and a fill more than four weeks after the previous one is booked as a partial set.

Injectable services center on neurotoxin treatments using Botox, Dysport or Xeomin. New clients are priced per unit for a consult and treatment, while existing clients are priced by treatment. Injection services include a B12 injection and a lip flip. Skin care includes the VI Peel, a medium-depth medical-grade chemical peel that takes about 30 minutes and comes with a take-home aftercare kit. Quick add-ons include a lip mask and a hydrogel jawline mask with hyaluronic acid and collagen.

Clients are asked to give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, and a cancellation fee may apply if notice is not received within that window.

Founder Sadie Eischens draws on her nursing background in anatomy, health and patient care when planning treatments. The work focuses on safety, precision and each client's individual needs.
