RADIKAT Nail Co. operates from a private home in the Moon Valley neighborhood of north Phoenix. Everything is booked by appointment, and the exact address is sent in the appointment confirmation text. The studio is open Tuesday and Thursday from 1:30 pm to 8:30 pm, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 am to 8:30 pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday.

Base set appointments include time for nail art, so a set and its design are booked together. Nail art can also be booked through the studio rather than online. Only gel polish is used, and nail lacquers are not. Foreign fills are not offered, so any existing product has to be removed before the appointment or at its start, which carries a removal charge. Nail removal appointments are priced by the type of product being removed.

Clients must be 18 or older, and new clients complete the New Client Forms before their first appointment. Inspiration photos can be sent ahead through Instagram. Guests are not allowed at appointments unless arranged beforehand. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged the full price of the booked services. There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, and clients running later should notify the studio, since the appointment may need to be rescheduled. A waitlist runs through the booking calendar and notifies clients automatically when a spot opens.

The studio also sells hand care products and tools designed for nail professionals. It describes its hand care line as small batch and luxury. Milk & Honey Cuticle Oil, sold from $13.00, comes in a 30 ml dropper bottle or a 5 ml pen and is made from jojoba oil, vitamin E oil and fragrance in small batches in the United States. The Depotter, priced at $30.00, is a 100 mm by 100 mm tool for transferring product between bottles and pots of up to 45 g, and comes in four color combinations. Bag Charms are sold separately and can be made from cuticle oil pens. Product orders ship within the United States only, and processing takes 2 to 5 business days before shipping. Orders cannot be changed once confirmed, and returns and exchanges are not offered.

The studio works by appointment only in a private home setting, with gel polish as its only color system and HEMA and TPO free base and art products.
