Radiant Studios

Radiant Studios is set up for independent professionals who want their own private space rather than a chair inside a shared salon. Suites are available as single or double rooms, and the leasing terms can be adjusted through flexible packages. Tours and leasing questions are handled by Kathie Turich.

Each suite comes with a shampoo bowl and chair, a large mirror unit with storage, a hydraulic salon chair with an anti-fatigue mat, and custom product shelving. Utilities, including Wi-Fi, are covered by the rent. Most suites have exterior windows, and each has its own heating and air control, ventilation fans, and acoustical ceilings.

The building is designed for flexible hours. Suite access is available around the clock, and the studio area has double-locked doors after hours with 24-hour security. Clients have ample parking, and the reception area has seating, a TV and a coffee and tea station. Renters also share a washer and dryer on site and a common kitchen.

The business charges no commissions, so the suite renter keeps everything earned from services and products. It is located on the 94/49 corridor, near a number of familiar restaurants and shops, and describes the location as high traffic.

A roomy reception area with couches, chairs, a TV and a coffee and tea station greets visitors.
