The studio describes itself as a chemical-free, holistic dreadlock location in New England. It says its dreadlock services are specifically for Caucasian hair, though it works with all hair types. Services are grouped into initial placement, maintenance and repair, permanent and flow extensions, decoration sessions, hair magick, Wyrd Weaving, updos, energy healing, and tarot and rune readings. Initial placement is priced per lock for partial work or as a full-head session with a four-hour minimum, and maintenance is charged by the hour. Extension prices vary with materials, so a consultation is needed for an estimate and to confirm eligibility.

Booking is by appointment only, and a credit card is required to reserve a time, along with a signed authorization form. No payment is taken at booking. New clients receive a free dread bead for their new set of locks. Clients are charged from their appointment start time whether or not they arrive on time. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than seven full days' notice incurs the full scheduled price, and a waitlist fills openings first-come, first-served. Accepted payments include cash, personal check, credit card, CashApp and gift certificates. Clients who have visited at least every six months for three or more years receive a $5 hourly discount on maintenance, although starting new locks ends that discount.

The studio favors chemical-free, holistic dreadlock care, and advises clients to avoid dread perms, wax, interlocking and felting. It recommends washing locks once or twice a week during their first twelve weeks, focusing on the scalp.

The studio has purple and yellow walls and celestial decor.
