The medspa was founded by Dr. Wynne Huang, a board-certified family physician who also runs a primary care practice under the Caring for All name. Visits begin with a consultation, and the team builds a personalized plan around each client's concerns or conditions. Prospective clients can request a consultation through an online form, which is sent by secure encrypted email. Peels are chosen at the consultation, and most are superficial with little to no downtime.

Body contouring is a major focus of the menu. Kybella is used for under-chin fat, Vanquish ME targets the abdomen and thighs, Endymed body treatments address cellulite, and Emsculpt NEO builds muscle and reduces fat, currently on the abdomen and buttocks. The site describes Vanquish ME and Emsculpt NEO as FDA-cleared. Vanquish ME is advised as a minimum of four sessions, with visits seven to 10 days apart. Kybella may take up to six sessions, at least a month apart.
