Services fall into four groups: lash and brow enhancement, skin care, makeup and waxing. Skin treatments include a 30-minute Rapid Relief facial, 60- and 90-minute custom facials, a back facial, and a Mr Lulu double peel aimed at acne and pigmentation. Aesthetic MicroNeedling is listed for ageing skin, hyperpigmentation, scars and stretch marks, and is open only to existing clients, who must first book a 60-minute custom facial. LED light therapy can be booked alone or added to any service, and a Double Peel Bootcamp series is offered with pricing not listed. Booking uses a $25 deposit for every appointment, applied to the final fee. Deposits move to a new booking when an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours ahead, but are forfeited for changes inside 24 hours or a no-show. Appointments need 24 hours' notice to change, and clients with an infectious illness in their household can reschedule without penalty. Accepted payments include cash, check, debit cards, credit cards and American Express. Gift certificates are sold for birthdays, congratulations, holidays, and for hair removal, lashes and brows, makeup and skin care.
The studio also sells skin care from Hale & Hush, Mr. Lulu and Hypo21. Listed prices include Hale & Hush Refine Polish at $32, Rare C Serum at $64 and Hypo21 Purifying Skin Spray at $70, plus product kits such as a Men's Kit at $124 and an Acne Kit at $118.
