New clients begin with an in-studio consultation so the treatment plan can be shaped to their skin. The consultation-led option includes a personalized treatment and a home-care plan, and a longer back facial is offered for breakouts, stubborn discoloration or uneven tone on the back. Consent forms for peels, microneedling and dermaplaning are sent when a client books. Returning clients can book a customized facial, chemical peel, back facial or microneedling session, and dermaplaning can be added to any facial.
The studio also runs the Radiant Skin Blueprint, a virtual acne program lasting three or six months. It includes a custom routine mailed to the client, bi-weekly virtual check-ins and direct messaging between sessions, and members receive an exclusive discount on retail products during the program. Professional skincare prescribed by the esthetician is sold through an online shop, where returning clients can reorder, and gift cards are available. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday with shorter hours on Tuesday and Wednesday and closed Sunday and Monday.
