The facial menu runs from a classic European facial and a signature facial to options for sensitive or reactive skin, clogged pores and congestion, teens, and men. Advanced skin services include microneedling, microchanneling, deep pore cleansing, dermaplaning and medical-grade peels, including THE PEEL and a Blueberry Detox Peel built on fruit-based products. A customized Radiance Advanced Signature Facial is adjusted by the esthetician to the skin's needs that day. Other options include a DermaRoller treatment and a BioSpicule renewal treatment, which is offered as a series and may cause flaking for five to seven days. The salon also offers the Renew Dermal Peel by FACTORFIVE, which the FAQ says has no downtime.

Body services include a back facial, a body polish that combines dry brushing with sugar exfoliation, and several massages: Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone and a CBD massage using a topical cream. Manicures and pedicures range from a basic nail, cuticle and hand grooming service to a gel manicure and a spa pedicure with a warm mineral soak. Nail extensions and fill-ins are available, and pricing is given by the receptionists. Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, underarms, bikini and back.

Bookings can be made through an online form or by phone at 914.664.0666. Cancelling or rescheduling requires 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling late incurs a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged 100%. Reminders go out before each appointment. The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., until 8 p.m. on Thursdays, and Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Gift cards come in fixed amounts or any amount the buyer chooses. They can be bought online with a personal message or collected in person at the studio, and they expire 11 months after purchase. According to the salon, it was nominated for Best of Westchester 2025.

The salon says its products are chosen for ingredient quality and describes them as medical grade, organic and not animal tested. It presents its treatments as designed for visible, long-lasting results.
