The studio takes appointments only and welcomes men, women and teenagers of every background. It is located inside America's Health Center, on the southwest corner where Val Vista Drive meets the San Tan Freeway. It sits just west of Mercy Gilbert Hospital within the Copper Point Business Complex. The studio has operated from this address since January 2022.

According to the studio, its mission is to build lasting client relationships by providing affordable, effective, results-driven skin care in a welcoming setting. The studio says it offers the newest treatments available in skin care. Most skin care therapies also include a calming massage of the scalp, face, upper body, and hands and arms, unless the service listing states otherwise.

Booking rules are straightforward. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged the full treatment cost. Treatments end on time, so late arrivals shorten the service and the full value still applies. New clients should arrive 15 minutes early to complete an intake form. Payment is due at the end of the visit and the studio accepts cash, checks, Visa, Amex and MasterCard. Gratuities are accepted, and the studio notes that 10 to 25 percent is standard for excellent service. Gift certificates must be presented at redemption, and Spa Finder and Spa Wish cards apply to full-priced services only. Prices may change without notice.
