Radiance Laser Cosmetics

Radiance Laser Cosmetics started as a small family-owned business in 2008. It spent ten years in Portland's Pearl District before moving to its current studio in Beaverton.

Every new client begins with a free in-person consultation of about 30 minutes, where goals and questions are reviewed and a customized treatment plan is put together. Pricing depends on the area being treated, and a custom quote follows the consultation. Sessions start at $90 for both men's and women's laser hair removal. Most clients are typically advised to have 6 to 9 treatments, spaced about four to six weeks apart depending on the body part and the individual.

The studio works on a pay-as-you-go basis, with no package deals, large upfront payments or prepaid bundles, and it does not keep clients' card details on file. It does not treat areas covered by tattoos. Clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding are asked to check with their physician first, since safety studies on laser treatment in these situations are limited.

Before a session, clients are asked to avoid waxing, threading, plucking or bleaching the treated areas for at least three weeks, and to stay out of direct sun and tanning beds for the same period. Current hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and Tuesday and Thursday from 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM. The studio is closed on weekends.

Each client gets a treatment plan shaped around their goals after a free consultation, and one licensed and certified specialist carries out their sessions.
