Rachel's services are grouped into Color, Hair, Special occasion and Treatments. Color ranges from face-frame highlights and root touch-ups to full highlights with base retouch and full base color, and she works with everything from soft, lived-in tones to dramatic changes. The Hair group covers men's cuts, straight trims, haircuts with styling and blow dries. Special occasion options include updos and hairstyles, priced from a starting point. Treatments include a deep conditioning shampoo bowl and a deep treatment under the dryer. Prices may vary with hair length, thickness and how much product is used.

The salon says it uses top-of-the-line products for every service and sells its hair care products both in the salon and through the online shop. Clients are asked to arrive on time, since arriving more than 15 minutes late forfeits the appointment, and to give at least 24 hours' notice for changes, or 3 hours for same-day bookings. Missed appointments carry a fee, and children who are not supervised are not permitted in the salon.
