Weft and I-tip move-ups are scheduled at four, six and eight weeks of grow-out, and removal appointments include a clarifying wash. Removals do not include a reinstall, so clients who want extensions put back in need to book that separately.

Beyond extensions, the studio offers blowouts, bubble braids, a basic wash and style for new clients and for senior clients, and custom wig work that includes cutting, coloring and fitting. Color pop extensions use real human hair in bold shades for a highlight or peek-a-boo effect. Four pieces are included with the service, and more can be added for an extra fee.

The studio is open Wednesday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Thursday from 2 to 6 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM and Saturday from 11 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Appointments are booked through a Glossgenius page. Several services take a deposit, ranging from $15 to $85. The booking fee is non-refundable if a booking is cancelled, though it can be applied to a rebooking made up to 48 hours before the appointment. A same-day cancellation is charged 30% of the service plus the booking fee, and new clients who cancel same-day or no-show must prepay in full to book again. Payment is accepted, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.
