The studio is named after Rachael West and is booked through the GlossGenius platform. It is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 7 PM and closed on Sunday and Monday.

Color is the core of the menu, from single process color and gloss to partial and full highlights, dimensional tints and balayage. Gray coverage is offered both as tint retouches and within highlight and balayage services, and bleach retouches are listed for lighter maintenance.

Hair extensions are a separate group that covers installs, move-ups, style-outs and removals, with extension removal listed at no charge. Smoothing services include a Brazilian Blowout and a keratin treatment, and K-18 and Hair Sealer are listed as their own services.

Many services start at a stated price, while haircuts, color transformations, color gloss, single process color and style-outs are priced case by case. Every appointment requires a card on file. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be charged 50% of the services booked, and no-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full amount. Clients can pay in person with Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000, after approval before the appointment.
