Changing or cancelling a single session on less than 24 hours' notice, or multiple sessions on less than 48 hours' notice, brings a $50 late cancellation fee. Missed appointments without a phone call are charged $100 or the full price of the service. Accepted payment methods are major credit and debit cards, CareCredit, FSA accounts and exact cash, and partial payments are not taken. Memberships do not carry over or transfer. Gift cards and purchases expire one year after the purchase date. Prices and services may change without notice.
