Plans start with a conversation about what the client wants. Rachel, the Aesthetic Registered Nurse, asks what a client sees, what they would like to keep, what they hope to improve and how they want to feel, then explains the options and builds a plan that can shift as goals change. Consultations are offered before booking for aesthetics, skin, wellness and corrective brow work, and corrective brow work requires a consultation to determine whether correction is appropriate. Treatments are described as natural-looking and personalized.

Before any treatment, patients have an on-site medical evaluation with an appropriately licensed healthcare provider, including a review of medical history and screening for contraindications. Prescription wellness care is offered only after evaluation by a qualified medical provider. The business may decline or stop treatment for safety reasons, contraindications, disruptive behavior or non-compliance with its practice policies.

The aesthetics menu includes neurotoxin priced at $12 per unit, a lip flip at $125, lip filler by the half or full syringe, facial balancing filler, and Radiesse at $899 per syringe. Sculptra and PDO threads are priced after a consultation. The skin menu covers microneedling with Renew hyaluronic acid, chemical peels, dermaplaning, facials, several PRP options, and PDRN and exosome treatments. Brows, lashes, hair and scalp, and wellness injections round out the menu.

Clients are asked to arrive at their booked time rather than early and to text on arrival, and a 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Changes made at least 48 hours ahead carry no fee, changes less than 48 hours ahead are charged half the service cost, and changes within 24 hours are charged in full. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Guests and children are not accommodated unless arranged in advance. Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, debit cards, Zelle, Venmo and cash.

Each plan begins by listening to the client's goals, followed by education about the options, and the plan is adjusted as those goals change.
