Services are grouped into manicures, pedicures, nail art, gel removal, repairs, treatments, add-ons and packages. Classic manicures include nail shaping, cuticle care and a hand massage, with spa upgrades such as paraffin wax, hot oil, exfoliation or an e-file cuticle treatment. Pedicures are waterless, with options for a basic gel polish change, a spa gel pedicure with exfoliation and a moisturizing or exfoliating treatment, or a longer dry pedicure with callus smoothing, a hot towel wrap and foot massage.

Gel services use UV/LED-cured gel polish, which the salon says lasts up to two weeks. Builder gel structured manicures can be refilled with a rebalance appointment, and Gel-X soft gel tip extensions are applied with soak-off adhesive. Removal of soft gel, builder gel or Gel-X is booked separately from a new gel service, and gel removal must be booked on its own when gel is already on the nails.

Nail art is priced in four tiers by complexity, from simple french tips, dots, chrome and designs on one to three nails, up to advanced 3D accents or intricate art on every nail. Nail repair rebuilds broken or cracked natural nails with fiber gel sculpting, with the first one or two nails repaired at no charge. The Nail Strengthening Treatment uses the IBX system and must be added to a full manicure.

Bridal bundles combine two manicures (classic, gel, builder gel or Gel-X) with a complimentary spa add-on and a free nail oil pen at the second visit, and most bundles include a 10% discount. The Transition off Builder Gel package spreads removal, strengthening and a new manicure over two appointments. Packages are booked through the Services page, and bundle credits apply automatically at checkout. The salon is open Monday to Wednesday 12 to 8, Friday and Saturday 12 to 6, Sunday 10 to 6, and closed Thursdays. Reschedules are free up to two times with at least 25 hours notice, cancellations need 24 hours notice, and the site guarantees chip-free classic polish for 7 days and gel polish for 10 days.
