New and transfer clients need an in-person consultation before any service. Consultations and services are booked separately, though both can fall on the same day when availability allows. Loc consultations are offered on Mondays and Wednesdays. Scalp treatment consultations include a scalp health assessment and a personalized plan for people with alopecia or specific scalp conditions.

Retie appointments are priced by weeks since the last session, from 4 weeks up to 8 weeks, with an overdue retie for 9 weeks and beyond. A loc detox removes product residue that can build up on locs from shampoos containing oils and silicone. Interlock is described as a blend of the sisterlock and traditional loc techniques and can be done in all sizes. The business describes micro locs as the next best thing to sisterlocs, and states that it uses 100% natural products.

Prices are starting prices and can rise with hair length, density, condition or extra time. A non-refundable deposit of $50 to $200 secures appointments and is applied to the final balance. Rescheduling carries a $50 fee, with a 15-minute grace period. Cancellations made within 48 hours cost $100, and clients who do not arrive without notice are charged the full scheduled service. Clients should arrive with hair shampooed, add-ons must be chosen at booking, and squeeze-in appointments are by approval at the service price plus an equal fee. Length fees apply to locs past the shoulders, to the small of the back, and past the bum. Coloring is not offered, but colorist recommendations are available on request.
