On the hair side, the spa offers haircuts for men, women, and children, along with shampoo and blowout, curling iron, and flat iron styling, deep oil treatments, root touch-ups, and color for short, medium, and long hair. Highlights and ombre are quoted after a required consultation. Bangs trims are available on their own, and the bangs price does not include shampoo.

Waxing covers the face, body, and bikini areas, including Brazilian waxing, and the spa also offers a one-hour body massage and a one-hour hot stone massage. Extra massage time can be added to a manicure or pedicure. Eyelash extensions are the lash service on the menu.

Clients can book ahead or come in without an appointment. Gratuities are preferred in cash. Reservations of $50 or more require a credit card, and Discover, Visa, and Mastercard are accepted. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, or 48 hours for parties of four or more, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late without notice may have their appointment shortened or given to another guest.

Party bookings are available for groups. They must be made at least three days ahead, each private party guest pays a $40 minimum, and a 20% gratuity is added to the tab. Parties of five or more are charged that gratuity at checkout. Hosts of parties of six or more receive a free pink martini pedicure, and a 10% service charge applies to setup and cleanup when food and drinks are brought in.

Clients are asked to share any medical conditions and prescription medications before treatment, since some services may not be suitable. Instruments are disinfected with hospital-grade product and kept in a sterilizer until use, and files and buffers are single-use and discarded after each service. The spa states that its skincare rituals help maintain a luminous complexion.
