Hair services include shampoo and styling, cuts, color, tinsel, braids and locs, synthetic loc installs, extensions and special event styling. Color work covers refreshing a shade, new color, highlights, gray coverage and color correction. Toning, cutting and styling are included in the color price, and additional color or lightener is extra, up to $20 per bowl. Hot tools are available on request. A 15-minute hair consultation at no charge lets clients talk through options first, and a deposit for color correction or extensions may be asked for at the end of that session.

Each subscription is priced upfront and includes a discount on a set and two fills, plus a percentage off other services until the subscription ends. The nail menu includes manicures, acrylic work, pedicures and nail designs. Relaxation facials last about an hour and include neck, shoulder and scalp massage along with cleansing, scrub, mask and hydration products.

Booking policies are worth knowing before you visit. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged half of the full service fee to the card on file, and deposits are non-refundable. After three cancellations inside that window, online booking is no longer available. Buy Now, Pay Later financing can be arranged in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
