About

QueenTeirra Beauty started as a skin care line built around coconut oil and other infused oils, founded by owner Teirra Fuller. In 2018 the owner added skincare services while studying esthetics at Steiner Institute in Baltimore, Maryland. After learning lash extensions, the business moved its focus toward lashes, which are now its core offering.

Lash extensions are the main service. Fills are offered within 5 weeks of a previous set when at least half of the extensions remain. After 5 weeks, or when less than half remain, the visit is priced as a full set. Clients pay for the time they spend in the appointment for a fill. Mobile services are available for a $250 fee, and latex-free services are offered if the client mentions this to the technician beforehand.

Before a visit, clients should arrive with clean lashes and no makeup. Clients should be able to lie still for about 2 hours. Phone use and talking during the service can affect the result, since talking tends to make the eyes move. Lash extensions may rarely cause redness, itchiness, or other eye discomfort, and clients with adhesive or glue allergies or other eye sensitivities should not book. Photos and videos may be taken during services and used for promotion.

Appointments must be booked through the online booking site. No deposit is required, but a card is held for the appointment and charged only for no-show fees or cancellations within 24 hours. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice or a $50 fee applies, payable before booking again. Clients are recommended to arrive 5 minutes early. A 10-minute grace period applies, a $20 late fee applies at 15 minutes, and arriving later than the grace period may lead to cancellation with a $50 fee. Payment is due at the appointment by cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, or credit or debit card, with a $6 fee on cards. Refunds are not offered for services rendered. Clients must be 18 or older to book, or have a parent or guardian's consent, and extra guests and children are not allowed. Appointments outside normal business hours carry a $50 fee.

Beyond appointments, the business sells lash products through its online store, including Organic Rose Lash Cleanser at $12.00 and DA GOAT lash adhesive at $35.00. It also offers The Lash Book, a step-by-step guide to lash extensions, in paperback for $25.00 and as an eBook with a regular price of $20.00. A lash extension course is priced at $97.00, which the business describes as healthy and comfortable. A Plan and Execute daily and monthly journal is $10.00, and gift cards start at $25.00.

The business says it aims for excellence with no shortcuts and gives each client personal attention.
