New transfer clients need to book a 30-minute transfer consultation ($30) before booking Sisterlocks or Microlocs services. Sisterlocks and Microlocs consultations cost $50. Microlocs installation starts at $1,200. A Sisterlocks deposit of $250 is required for dual Sisterlocks installation, and a Microlocs installation deposit is $150. Deposits are non-refundable, including on cancellations, and are applied toward the installation. Installation balances are paid in full at the appointment, before work begins, by cash or CashApp only.

Maintenance is priced by interval. Retightening at 3 to 6 weeks costs $200, at 7 to 8 weeks costs $250, and a 9 to 10 week service costs $350. Clients of three years or more can use legacy loyalty rates: $135 for 3 to 6 weeks, $290 for 9 to 11 weeks, $110 for a MicroLocs retie and $165 for a Sisterlocks retie at longer intervals. The legacy rate is limited to existing clients approved for the program. Retightening beyond 6 weeks is charged at the regular $200 rate and does not use a package appointment.

Prepaid VIP packages are offered for 3, 6 and 12 months. The 3-month package costs $540 (regular price $600) and includes 3 retightening appointments at 10% savings. The 6-month package costs $1,020 (regular price $1,200) and includes 6 appointments at 15% savings. The 12-month package costs $1,920 (regular price $2,400) and includes 12 appointments at 20% savings. Packages must be paid in full by Zelle or Cash App before activation, and they require retightening every 3 to 6 weeks. Reschedules are allowed at 1, 2 and 3 per package, with at least 48 hours' notice. Packages are for individual use and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Braid and cornrow services include medium knotless braids ($225, about 4 hours), knotless braids with human hair ($300, about 5 hours), goddess or boho knotless braids with human hair ($300, about 5 hours), feed-in cornrows ($160, about 3 hours) and cornrows with natural hair ($80, about 1 hour).

The studio is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8 AM to 2 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 8 AM to 8 PM. It is closed on Sundays and Wednesdays. Appointments need at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and changes made with less notice incur a $25 fee. Clients have a 15-minute grace period for late arrival. No extra guests are allowed due to limited space, and clients should arrive with freshly washed and blow-dried hair. Service refunds are not offered, and concerns about results must be reported within 24 hours. Additional charges apply for repairs, corrective maintenance, excessive new growth and work requiring extra time, and these are not covered by packages.
