Appointments are strongly recommended and can be booked by calling (818) 557-0588 at least 24 hours ahead. Some master technicians manage their own bookings, so those appointments need to be made directly with them. Clients are asked to arrive 5 to 15 minutes early and to call if they are running late, since late arrivals may receive a shorter service or be rescheduled.
Payment is expected during the visit. Accepted methods are Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, and cash in US dollars. Tips can't go through the card terminal; technicians take them personally as cash, Zelle, Venmo, or other methods. Gift cards must be shown during the appointment. Deals can't be stacked with other offers or price reductions, and the salon currently provides no discounts for seniors, military members, teachers, or other groups.
For pedicures, clients are asked not to shave or wax their legs for at least 24 hours beforehand. Clients should share any allergies or sensitivities before the appointment, including conditions such as diabetes or circulation issues. Technicians will not service hands or feet with an illness, disease, or infection, and those clients are asked to see a medical professional first. Nail technicians follow the rules of the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. Clients who are unwell or have contagious conditions are asked to reschedule.
Children are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Guests are asked to keep electronic devices off during services, and the salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal electronics. The salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior disrupts the safety or comfort of staff or clients.
