The salon says a client's priorities come first. A complimentary karaoke session is offered to clients in the chair, which gives visits a relaxed, social feel alongside the work itself.

Booking is done through Booksy. No deposit is needed, but a card must be kept on file and the cancellation policy agreed to. Changes or cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are requested. Late cancellations are charged half the service fee, no-shows are charged the full service, and clients have a 10-minute grace period before a $15 late fee applies. Appointments more than 15 minutes late are canceled with a $35 charge.

Some services carry their own terms. If weather affects a silk press or natural style within 5 days of the appointment, the salon offers a reservice with shampoo included on the next available appointment, though this does not cover hair damaged by sweating, clubbing, rain or other causes on the client's side. All sales are final and refunds are not permitted, and product availability is limited, so items cannot be held in a cart.

The salon says client priorities come first, and it places a strong emphasis on customer service.
