Queen Brows Bar offers a range of brow, lash, waxing and facial services at its Massapequa location. The menu is broad, so a visit can cover a quick brow shape or a full set of lash extensions, or combine several services in one appointment.

About

The brow menu covers shaping with thread, wax or tweezers along the natural brow line, plus a razor option, a unibrow service and a service designed for men. For color and structure, the salon offers semi-permanent brow tinting, a hybrid tint, henna brows and brow lamination, which uses a chemical solution to straighten and lift the brow hair. Lamination is also sold as a brow lift or brow sculpt.

Lash services include classic, hybrid, volume and 3D extension sets, with fills offered at two or three weeks. There is also a lash lift, a semi-permanent treatment that lifts natural lashes without leave-on chemicals or extensions, along with lash tinting and removal.

Waxing is organized by body area. Body waxing covers the underarms, shoulders, neck, nipples, chest, stomach, arms, legs, back, bikini, deep bikini, Brazilian and full butt. The salon uses a soy-based strip wax for larger areas such as the legs. The Brazilian wax removes hair from the labia, perineum and anus and leaves a strip of hair on the mons pubis.

The facial menu ranges from a 30-minute teen facial for pre-teens and teens to a 60-minute Botox facial that relaxes facial muscles to address lines and wrinkles. Other options include a custom glow facial that may include LED therapy, ultrasonic lifting and lymphatic drainage massage; a 30-minute dermaplaning facial finished with an enzyme mask and high-frequency; a 60-minute HydraFacial MD that combines a chemical peel with automated extractions; a gua sha lifting facial; a gold facial; an acne facial; an express facial without extractions; and a gentlemen's facial with hot towels and massage. Several masks and treatments can also be added to other services.

The salon says its facials use advanced skin care technology and high-quality ingredients. Business hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, with the salon closed on Mondays.

The salon says its staff keep up with trends, styles and techniques through ongoing education.
